Well, i don't seen any difference ?! strange???
There is still some slow down between pages(showing). I Have to wait a lot when i send a post.
perhaps it's not totally fixed?! :)

The images seem to be loading faster.

I only had a problem with loading pictures and it's working nice since few days so i'm happy:-)

Our programmers worked well! In my view, now all cool! =)

The site is very slow. The search doesn't show any pictures (without having to click each link individually). It was fine the way it was before March. But if it isn't broken, fix it...

As all the others said - site *still* is really slow (even maybe a little slower than the "slow" before)...

About 0.5 to 1.5 seconds when browsing.
Maybe it depends on the daytime -> traffic?

Yes....it's slower to open avax now.

sorry to report that pages still load slowly and without photos here in Oz.
by comparison, other sites are loading fast. seems pixhost might not be ok yet?

Good news on the Upgrade. Lately i have came across alot of dead publications on AH, this isnt your fault of course but i was thinking that maybe you could organize a community effort to clean up AH from old/dead news and free up some room on the server. Doing so would increase AH efficiency considerably.

Thanks for all the hard work and running AH. But I have a complaint when I search and click the links from the search site, I always get an error saying http://avaxhome.ws can't be found but then when I add www like http://www.avaxhome.ws, it works.

Thx for the new Vinyl section.... Unfortunately the Audiophile section is still closed. Any chance for reopen it?

@aksman -- you have an entire section dedicated strictly to vinyl and hi-bitrate rips, why the whining?? Does it really make a difference if the "audiophile" section is limited to non-hi-bitrate audiophile selections. Sheesh, you can never make these people happy :-r

I asked that for my last post--- "The B-52's - Cosmic Thing" as AudioFidelity 24k Gold CD... As written I'm fine with the new Vinyl & HR section, but the "Audiophile CD" section is still disabled for new posts.

@askman -- thanks for clearing that up, the way it was written sounded like an ungrateful complaint. If the audiophile section remains closed, why not just post your 24k gold in the appropriate section, i.e. "rock" "jazz" "blues", etc. After all, it IS about the music -- not the medium, no?

I don't know if this is due to the upgrade, but looking at older posts by category, I am able to go back only to page 300. Since I'm checking all old posts in the classical music category, this is quite a problem for me. I hope it will be fixed.
