ENGLISH: Beloved Visitors! Unfortunately, AvaxHome in recent days strongly “retards.” Our DNS records at the PIXHOSTS.WS was broke and lost. Unfortunately, experts could not yet solve the problem – although they try hard. It need some time to wait for DNS update. We apologize for the inconvenience!

RUSSIAN: Ну вы уже наверное догадались, что картиночный pixhost работает теперь не на одном, а на целых двух серверах – неплохо получилось, да? Там короче возникла какая-то очередная неведомая хрень и всё умерло. То есть – вообще. Потому что записи в DNS отвалились. Конечно – они ж специалисты! Написали им письмо: мол ... что ж вы ... так неаккуратно?! В смысле – прошу! Ну те взяли молоток, пошли стучать по трубе – вот ждём. Надстройку им в базис короче, переходящее знамя в майский труд и чтоб они жили так же, как нам реорганизовать Рабкрин! Говоря коротко: мы просим прощения за доставленные неудобства! Через некоторое время всё должно починиться (тьфу-тьфу-тьфу).

If I was working on it, the problem would never get fixed. lol I don't know anything. It's been obvious that you are having problems. You have had problems in the past and fixed them. You will have problems in the future. The road of life has pot holes in it.

Хотелось бы сообщить администрации о вредительстве pdf файлов.

Многие портят pdf увеличивая размер с 1-2 Mb до 10 и более, иногда доводя их до нечитаемого вида, переводят векторные pdf в растровые.

Пускай лучше добавляют мусор в архив с файлом, а не в сам файл.

ПРЕКРАТИТЕ ПОРЧУ ЭЛЕКТРОННЫХ КНИГ!

File hosting company wins appeals procedure (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf)

Cham, May 3, 2010. RapidShare AG has won its appeal against Capelight Pictures in the Court of Appeals Düsseldorf, Germany (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf). Prior to this, plaintiff had obtained a preliminary injunction against RapidShare at Düsseldorf?s district court (Landgericht Düsseldorf), by which the file hosting company was enjoined from hosting certain movies its clients had uploaded. This judgment has now been reversed by the Appellate Court.

Christian Schmid, founder of RapidShare: "We are very happy about the judgment. The court has confirmed that RapidShare is not responsible for the contents of files uploaded by its users. The judgment shows that attempts to denounce our business model as illegal will not be successful in the long run.
