XLD Rip | Flac (Tracks-3) Cue, Log, m3u, md5, st5, ffp | complete Artwork 300 dpi | 110 MB
Rock | 1988 | Island Records | 661 920

The version of Angel of Harlem which appears on the single releases is very slightly remixed. The horns are edited to be louder in the overall mix. The musical tracks used for the single version seem to be identical except for the changes in volume in the final mix. The track is labelled as a remix on some versions, and not on others, but it is indeed the same version on all releases.

Last Night on Earth was released just as the Popmart tour was starting to find its stride. The track was reworked for the single release. U2 had commented several times that Pop felt unfinished, this was corrected somewhat in the single versions of tracks rerecorded in the midst of the tour. Last Night on Earth was the first track to be reworked.

XLD Rip | Flac (Tracks-4) Cue, Log, m3u, md5, st5, ffp | complete Artwork 300 dpi | 88 MB
Rock | 1981 | Island Records | 664 972

A bit of an oddball single for U2. Released three months in advance of the album it would promote, October - the interesting thing about this release is how it appeared under two different names upon release. In Ireland and the UK it was released under the name "Fire", but in Germany it was released under the name "U2 R.O.K." a pun on the phrase "U2 Are OK".

Bob Dylan - Chronicles: Volume One

Bob Dylan - Chronicles: Volume One - read by Sean Penn (2004)
Audiobook | MP3 VBR 192 kbps | 303:09 | 235 MB
Simon & Schuster Audio | 2004 | ISBN-10: 0743543092

One would not anticipate a conventional memoir from Bob Dylan--indeed, one would not have foreseen an autobiography at all from the pen of the notoriously private legend. What Chronicles: Volume 1 delivers is an odd but ultimately illuminating memoir that is as impulsive, eccentric, and inspired as Dylan's greatest music.
