Namco announces a new Mr. Driller game for the GameCube.

If you want a light-speed racer that looks and plays sharply while simultaneously offering some dramatic challenges, F-Zero GX is exactly what you're looking for.
The game has support for steering peripherals, such as the Logitech Speed Force. The wheel works reasonably well, but you get more-refined control from the standard GameCube controller. So the steering wheel is fun up to a point, but if you're playing seriously, F-Zero GX is at its best with a regular controller.

Lem is just an average teenager working on getting the girl and furthering his career at the local planetarium - except that he's an alien. At least to U.S. astronaut Captain Charles T. Baker who lands on Lem's planet hoping for a quick flag plant and a hasty return to earth and his millions of screaming fans. But on this alien planet the media has tagged spacemen as brain-eating, zombie-creating monsters, causing Baker to run for his life and into Lem's house. Now it's up to the green native to get the clumsy astronaut back to his spaceship before military dictator General Grawl and mad scientist Professor Kipple manage to exterminate the Earthly visitor.

Becoming the investigating officer in the case, Rick soon uncovers a conspiracy to kill the Secretary and a mysterious woman in white. The conspiracy was shocking, but not half as shocking as the identity of its mastermind.

Conan is a third-person action game based on the titular barbarian king featured in the cult classic comic book and portrayed in the Schwarzenneger films.

While Sega has received much praise for its serious sports games in recent years, it has also released, to significantly less fanfare, some highly enjoyable arcade-style sports games. Now, with the help of Virtua Fighter developer AM2, Sega has released Beach Spikers for the GameCube, an all-female beach volleyball game. The game's focus on lovely ladies in bikinis may seem a bit like pandering, but Beach Spikers consistently avoids any overt lewdness you might expect and rises above it by delivering an all-around excellent game with impressive visuals and tight, intuitive gameplay.

Michael Myers is still at large and no less dangerous than ever. After a failed reunion to reach his baby sister at their old home, Laurie Strode is immediately taken to a hospital to be treated by the wounds that had been afflicted by her brother a few hours ago. However, Michael isn't too far off and will continue his murdering 'Halloween' rampage until he gets his sister all to himself.

The war between the Empire and the Harkbacks has been devastating the known universe for years. But suddenly there is a new mysterious alien race. With Earth itself now a mere myth the Emperor's creation "Mechanical Messiah" will open up new worlds and new chapters in the history of the universe. The balance of the war, now, is in anyone's hands. In Perimeter: Emperor's Testament, the stand-alone expansion to Perimeter, you will jump into battle against the Harkbacks. This 3rd person strategy game avoids many conventions of the RTS genre by focusing more on building and resourcing and less on actual fighting. You will be rewarded for interfering with your opponent's resource gathering and will have to keep your eyes open for the same happening to you. The game, like it's predecessor, also includes; "morphing" units, deformable terrain, and shield building. There are 25 missions in this expansion which is narrated via a complex storyline.

Perimeter is the self-appointed rebirth of the Real Time Strategy genre. It employs three innovations to the genre to set it apart from all other RTS games. For one, you will only be able to command five squads of three types of 'specialists' - Soldiers, Officers and Technicians - which are able to morph into different units, if the squad composition matches the requirements for that type of unit. You also have the ability to terraform the landscape around you, raising hills or excavating valleys to zero level, where you may then build structures. Finally, the feature that gives the game its title, you are able to set up an impenetrable shield - perimeter - that renders anything in its radius invulnerable as long as that shield is up. It will drain your energy (the game's only resource) very quickly, so you must use it sparingly if you wish to survive. Perimeter is an RTS game that redefines the formula, with more emphasis on Strategy than Micromanagement.

Rush for the Bomb is an expansion pack to Rush for Berlin. During the ar, the Fifth Column, a secret Nazi spy division, infiltrated the laboratories of the US Manhattan Project. There, they got their hands on research data that would allow the Third Reich to construct their own atomic bomb. This story is told from both sides in two new campaigns, one for the Germans and one for the Allied forces, with 12 new missions in total, set in new locations such as Norway, the Balearic Islands and the Iberian peninsula. The Allies need to protect their secrets, while the
Germans have to steal the documents and get them back to Berlin. Just like the base game, each mission has a time limit and the other gameplay
mechanics also remain incorporated.
