EndEffector doesn't seem to have any story other than that you have a space ship, and that a lot of other space ships are trying to shoot you down. You start off on Mars, and after that take to the skies.

Destruction Desire is another excellent 2D one-on-one fighting game from Japan, created with Enterbrain's popular Fighter Maker application that unfortunately is not available in English. With plenty of attacks for each fighter, excellent animation, and a good play balance, Destruction Desire plays like a well-coded "lite" version of Guilty Gear X.

Fatal Fake is another doujin fighting game featuring characters from TYPE-MOON's popular visual novel. This version is graphically superior than the rest of it's cousins, partly due to the use of cel-shading process to render the fighters. The camera view changes and rotates automatically so that the player can get the best view of the action unfolding on screen. There doesn't seem to be a playing manual or list of moves to be found anywhere, although arcade veterans should be able to figure them out after a few practice sessions.

The development of this game started on September 1999; the idea was to take the gameplay quality and the concept of the great old successes like "Streets of Rage" and "Final Fight", adding moves, different possible ways, variety and, especially, the resources of the new tecnologies. The Rage is one of the very few examples of 3D scrolling beat’em up for PC; it guarantees a great playability, never forgotten by old style arcade players, together with the new stunning graphics, thanks to modern PC hardware, and really strong musics. It allows to fight with up to four players, using the same PC or Internet and LAN connections, in real brawls against a great number of enemies with a wide range of easy-to-do moves.

Follow up from Shakugan no Shana Movie, what we have here is a movie of just under six minutes with the chibi Shana-tan as the star. I gather these were pretty popular with the release of the first TV series of Shakugan no Shana that it was only natural that one would be done for the movie.
