Orphaned Land - A Heaven You May Create
Maing of “The Never Ending Way of ORwarriOR”+Bonus Track
DVDRip | XVID 1860 kbps | 688x432 29.970 fps | MP3 2.0 Stereo 48000Hz 192 Kbps | 700 MB @ RS
Documentary, Progressive Folk Metal, Middle-East | 2010 | Total Time: 47:43 |
Language: Hebrew, English and Turkish | English Subtitles

No doubt that Orphaned Land’s music has always been considered as unique in its genre, from the raw and aggressive “Sahara” and “El Norra Alila” albums to the progressive and orchestral “Mabool”, where they mixed their Middle Eastern culture with powerful music to deliver an even more powerful message. This is why they not only have a big following in Occidental countries, but in the Muslim world as well.
“The Never Ending Way of ORwarriOR” continues with Orphaned Land’s tradition. According to the band’s singer Kobi Farhi: “Music is a journey and for us metal is just a starting point. We travel the Middle East through our music”.
Not only is “A Heaven You May Create” a film which shows the making of this album, from the ups and downs during the recordings to the sessions with producer Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) and guest musicians Erkin Koray (known as “the father of Turkish rock”) and The Arab Orchestra Of Nazareth. It is also a documentary that delves into personal stories that inspired the album’s concept and that explores Orphaned Land’s worldview.

Orphaned Land - The Never Ending Way of ORwarriOR [CD+DVD LTD Edition]
Including The Ltd Edition Bonus Track 'Estarabim' by Erkin Koray & Orphaned Land
Progressive Folk Metal, Middle-East | Mp3 320Kbps CBR + LOSSLESS (Img.APE+LOG+CUE) | 531 MB | + Scans (31.4 MB) | Running Time : 1:18:22 | RS | + DVDRip (700 MB)
Release Date: 2010-01-25 | Label: Century Media | Catalog#: 9978230

Starting in 1991, the Israeli band made its stigma from the beginning. The first two albums, "Sahara" and "El Norra Alila", put folk Arabic Metal (if we could characterize it as such) in the metallic map. If ORPHANED LAND is the first band that made that step is still under discussion – as PENTAGRAM from Turkey (MEZARKABUL then) exist since 1987. What happened for sure is that ORPHANED LAND got that amount of recognition that allowed them to become widely known to the Metal audience. The main topics that this band is covering are religious and philosophical, the fight between light and darkness and the exploration of religious meanings. In that aspect we could say that ORPHANED LAND is a conceptual band. Not only that, but their albums are like whole flowing histories with no specific structure, like refrains etc. Each melody flows and then another comes and then another one and (adding also the special features of this band) the result is somehow one of its kind.

Jericho Jones - Junkies, Monkeys & Donkeys
hard rock/heavy progressive| LOSSLESS (Img.FLAC+LOG+CUE) | 383 MB | Total Time: 59:19 | RS
Release Date: 1971 (1997 ReIssue) | Label: Repertoire Records | Catalog#: 4101

The highly obscure psychedelic rock group from Israel began life in the late '60s as the Churchills, who produced a string of beat/psychedelic singles before relocating to England, where they changed their name to Jericho Jones and later simply Jericho. They released this sole album as Jericho Jones on A&M; it bridges the group's transition from the Churchills' fuzz psychedelic sound into the more hard rock sound they produced as Jericho. This album can be recommended to fans of exotic underground progressive and the hard rock of the '70s. The CD reissue contains the entire scarce, original double LP as well as five bonus tracks from the same session.
This is a solid rockin' progressive release, similar in sound to groups like Elias Hulk and Aunt Mary. Check out "Man in the Crowd".

Jericho - Jericho
Progressive-Rock/Hard Rock| LOSSLESS (Img.FLAC+LOG+CUE) | 230 MB | Total Time: 37:41 | RS
Release Date: 1972 (1990 ReIssue) | Label: 1972-Red Bus Records/1990-Repertoire Records | Catalog#: RR 4058-C

This band was originally from Israel and they were known as the "Churchills". They moved to England in 1968 and released an album under the name of the "Churchills". They later re-named the band to "Jericho Jones" and released an excellent album in 1971 named "Junkies, Monkies and Donkies". For some reason they changed their name again, this time only dropping the "Jones" and going as "Jericho". This album was released in 1972 and received some FM airplay. It was very well received by the critics.
