Photo mural backdrops are relatively new to the model railroad hobby. In this program, we'll show you how we added four backdrops to a large model railroad. We'll install a small heavily wooded backdrop, with lots of model trees to blend the backdrop into the layout. Then we'll cover a pesky location that just cried for a backdrop, a scene that included some serious blending with live model scenery. Then we'll tackle a much larger backdrop, and Bas-Relief buildings will be added to blend in that backdrop!

The Facial Action Coding System (FACS) Manual is a detailed, technical guide that explains how to categorize facial behaviors based on the muscles that produce them, i.e., how muscular action is related to facial appearances. It illustrates appearance changes of the face using written descriptions, still images, and digital video examples. Behavioral scientists, CG animators, computer scientists interested in pattern recognition programs, and other technicians and scientists use FACS in their professional work when they need to know the exact movements that the face can perform, and what muscles produce them. Working through the exercises of the FACS Manual may also enable greater awareness of and sensitivity to subtle facial behaviors that could be useful for psychotherapists, interviewers, and other practitioners who must penetrate deeply into interpersonal communications.

In this video program we'll show you how to build four structures from scratch. We'll show you: (1) a small boiler house; (2) offices attached to a roundhouse that house the shop foreman and that include great detail and interesting roof arrangement: (3) a repair facility with complete interior detail, including lighting, an interesting removable roof, and a small lean-to attached to one side. This building also includes some rather interesting window arrangements (4) a passenger and freight station which is built as if it were sliced down the middle...since there was not enough room for a complete building.
