Cheese People are a Russian disco band from the city of Samara on the banks of the Volga and their self-titled album from 2009 is an interesting collection of music that rivals Gorillaz in its variety on one album. The female fronted four-piece have been compared to Datarock and New Young Pony Club yet they claim their influences are more in the vein of The Prodigy and Gloria Gaynor due to the slow rate of infiltration of modern western pop music.

VERBAL ABUSE specialize in creating tight, powerful thrash and metal-punk. The band is originally from Texas, and has the same intense, ultra-frenetic approach as M.D.C. and D.R.I. What distinguishes them from those groups is the presence of ex-SICK PLEASURE vocalist Nicki Sicki, who expresses hostility and nihilism rather than political concerns in his lyrics. A hot sounding release with an hilarious "mystery" track on side one.

Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape is a compilation album by British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree (at that time a pseudonym for private solo projects by Steven Wilson but later a fully fledged band in its own right).

Tarquin's Seaweed Farm, subtitled "Words from a Hessian Sack", is the first album to be released by Steven Wilson under the name 'Porcupine Tree'.

The Nostalgia Factory, subtitled "...and other tips for amateur golfers", is the second album to be released by Steven Wilson under the name 'Porcupine Tree'.

This is a similar show to the widely circulated Swiss Meters/JB Horns show recently released as "Live At The Moonwalker". This show, IMHO, is better. The songs are all longer and more jammed out than the versions on the album show. The 20+ minute People Say is a thing of true beauty.

On July 11, 1984, shortly after Kira Roessler joined the band, Black Flag recorded a few tracks live at Radio Tokyo studio in Los Angeles, including a short interview.

After reforming and dissolving Buzzov-en a number of times since 1994's Sore, and after numerous trips to the detox, founder Kirk finally settled on a line-up and recorded At a Loss. Though it's every bit Sore's equal in terms of songwriting and engineering, it's not quite as menacing, violent, or out of control.

Opening with the repeated audio sample "welcome to violence" over a wash of rumbling white noise, occasional bass notes, and gunshot snare hits, Sore is perhaps one of the most vicious, violent albums ever created, and certainly not in a posturing sense -- the kind of false bravado adopted by hardcore and rap/metal crossover bands -- but in the purest, most undiluted manner.

A fairly common soundboard bootleg with the exception that this version appears to be remastered without any gaps between the songs and a bit brighter sound.

The History of Howard Stern is a radio documentary series about the life, career and achievements of American radio personality Howard Stern broadcast on Howard 100, one of his two uncensored channels on satellite radio service Sirius XM. The series features segments from past shows, interviews with Stern's radio show staff and celebrity guests, his family and reports from media coverage. Narrated by Jim Forbes of Behind the Music on VH1, the series is part of a five-year production by the show's "Tapes Team" who put together other special programming such as Mammary Lane and Stern Spotlight.
