Drawing on a wide variety of modern and classical sources and multiple disciplines, this book presents hypothesizes about the relationship between human language and thought to brain specialization. The authors focus on aphasia-language disorder resulting from local brain damage and show that the clinical aspect represents not only loss of function of the damaged area, but also results from the interaction between damaged and intact areas of the brain.

Omnio is the second full-length album by Norwegian avant-garde metal band In the Woods.... It was released on October 14, 1997, through Misanthropy Records. The titles of the three tracks "Omnio? - Pre", "Omnio? - Bardo", and "Omnio? - Post" are related. Pre is a prefix used to say "before", Bardo is a Tibetan word for "intermediate state", and Post is a prefix meaning "after". At around 6:00 of "Omnio? - Pre", female voices can be heard singing in French. The lyrics of this portion of the song are not listed in the album, however the word "j'espère que tous les autres" (meaning "I hope that everyone else") can be heard multiple times. The following three syllables are hard to understand.
In the booklet lyrics of "Weeping Willow", all the text is in lower case except for a bunch of letters. The content (if any) of this cryptographic message is still unknown.

In Transit is Covenant's second live album, released fall 2007. "Available as a CD and DVD, the releases showcase Covenant’s ability to defy all genre labels by their memorable stage show and outstanding compositions."

Although a Texas boy, King came to musical maturity on Chicago's West Side, along with Magic Sam, Otis Rush and Buddy Guy. During the early 60s, he made a groundbreaking series of records, vocal and instrumental - "Have You Ever Loved A Woman" and "Hideaway" later became standards during the British blues boom. In 1966, he made a couple of lacklustre records before signing with Leon Russell's Shelter label. Russell had a deep appreciation of King's music and knew how to combine traditional material with contemporary arrangements. It showed that Freddie's talents were still intact on a set of standard blues that included "Dust My Broom", and "Key To The Highway". The diamond however is "Going Down", with the world's greatest descending riff.

Grace Potter and the Nocturnals is a Vermont-based band that gained national[clarification needed] attention in 2007 with its album,This Is Somewhere. Their next studio album, self-titled Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, was released on June 8, 2010. The band blends funky blues, soul and rock from the sixties and early seventies. The album peaked at #6 on iTunes Top 100 album and #2 on iTunes Rock Albums Chart. The opening track, Paris (Ooh La La), and iTunes bonus track Fooling Myself was in the Top 40 and Top 100, respectively, on iTunes Rock Songs Chart. On the eve of their eponymous album release date, the band announced on Facebook and Twitter that they were going to perform a free concert on Burlington's Church Street Marketplace the following day. The hour-long concert attracted thousands of viewers and became a huge local media story. The band sold merchandise and hosted a meet and greet with fans for three hours following the concert.
