Chris Isaak, the epitome of modern musical cool, is back with Mr. Lucky, his first non-holiday studio album since 2002. Filled with his distinctive, sweetly moody, slyly sexy retro-pop, Mr. Lucky debuts alongside the television premiere of 'The Chris Isaak Hour', a weekly music-and-talk series on A&E's Bio Channel. Isaak's fans will consider themselves fortunate that new music from their Mr. Lucky has finally arrived.

Madeleine Peyroux - Bare Bones
FLAC | Log+Cue | 278 MB | No Covers
Label: Rounder Release : 10 March 2009
The third album in four years from song interpreter extraordinaire Madeleine Peyroux, Bare Bones is both an extension of the currents of 2004's Careless Love and 2006's Half the Perfect World and a bold step into previously unexplored psychological terrain. Produced, like its two predecessors, by Larry Klein, this fluid and enthralling new work is Peyroux's most personal yet, hardly surprising considering she had a hand in writing each of the 11 songs, marking the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.

Carol Kidd - All My Tomorrows (Linn Records AKD 210)
Studio Master | HYBRID SACD | FLAC | 24bit 96kHz | 773.1MB
TT 38 | 2004 | Front Cover
Carol Kidd writes: "In 2001 I travelled back to Korea. There was lots of publicity surrounding my song When I Dream because it had been used on the soundtrack for the film Shiri. I had to be protected by bodyguards. I went to a music store and signed CDs for three whole hours. the place was mobbed and everyone started to call me 'Shiri'. During the same trip I also travelled to Taiwan, Japan and North and South Vietman. I sang at the Royal Opera House in South Vietman - there were bullet holes in the walls. I also recorded the first ever standing ovation there. I then went on to Cambodia where I performed for the Cambodian Royal family. I was in the ladies room before the concert where I was chatting to three beautiful women. I asked them if they were going to the concert and it wasn't until I was introduced to them afterwards that I realised that they were the Queen and two Princesses of Cambodia. The King then presented me with a beautiful Cambodian silver plate. In 2002 my band and I were flown out to West Palm Beach as a wedding gift to the broom from his brother. The groom is a huge fan of mine. No, I didn't ahve to jump out of a cake! I sang six of the bride and groom's favourite songs from my CDs and When I Dream was one of them."
