Graeme Revell - Out Of Time - OST
EAC | FLAC IMG+CUE+LOG | Scans | RAR 5% Recovery | 251 MB
Out Of Time - Original Sound Track

Borrowing the cool brass chic of Henry Mancini and the marimba-heavy technological artistry of Thomas Newman, Revell sounds loose and confident, replacing his usual excess for fun.

Original Release 1971 - This Release 1991 | All Scans Included

At the end of 1970, Kim Simmonds found himself deserted by the other members of Savoy Brown, the band he had founded and nurtured through five albums. Starting from scratch, he recruited a crackerjack new band, featuring ex-Idle Race vocalist Dave Walker and super keyboardist Paul Raymond to reinvent the band. Four twelve-hour marathon sessions produced Street Corner Talking, the last of SB's major classics.

The Cars - Shake It Up [MFSL UDCD-788]
EAC | Flac-Cue-Log | 283MB Rar'd | 3% Recovery | HF & RS LINKS
Original Release 1981 - This Release 2009 | All Scans Included

This was the last Cars album where non-single tracks got just as much airplay as some singles might have (in fact some may very well have charted as a result). It's also the last cohesive Cars album (Heartbeat City was wildly uneven) as all of the tracks are strong and are relatively well-sequenced.

EAC | Flac-Cue-Log | 291mb RAR'D - 3% Revovery | RS Links
Scans Included | Original Release 1972, This Release 2008

This CD contains the most well known of all of Steely Dan's songs ("Do it Again" and "Reelin' in the Years") and was the "group's" first album. It was released in 1972 and was, at the time, a truly different sound and point of view than the music of the recently ended 1960s.

Rush is a fantastic release, though by no means their most solid work. Most of Geddy Lee's lyrics on this album are a bit generic, and look almost comical when one views the lyrics that future drummer Neil Peart wrote on most of their songs once he joined the band before the Fly By Night album was released in early 1975.

Sometimes called the greatest live album ever, Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out is a brilliant album recorded at Madison Square Garden during the Stones' 1969 live peak. While calling it the greatest live album ever is exaggerating its worth slightly, it's the best live album Mick and the boys ever released.

This is the "breakthrough" album of BHTM, and what a breakthrough it is. Starting with Broken Hearted Savior, the power and heartbreak is expressed in the words and music that hit me hard. The texture of the songs and the moods strike me unlike any cd I've heard up to that point.
