Under the Dome is a science fiction novel by Stephen King, published in November 2009. It is a rewrite of a novel King attempted writing twice in the late 1970s and early 1980s, under the titles The Cannibals and Under the Dome. As King stated on his official site, these two unfinished works "were two very different attempts to utilize the same idea, which concerns itself with how people behave when they are cut off from the society they've always belonged to. Also, my memory of The Cannibals is that it, like Needful Things, was a kind of social comedy. The new Under the Dome is played dead straight." From the material originally written, only the first chapter is included in the new novel. There are also talks of the novel becoming a cable series.

Esbjörn Svensson Trio (or E.S.T.) (formed 1993) was a Swedish jazz piano trio consisting of Esbjörn Svensson (piano), Dan Berglund (double bass) and Magnus Öström (drums).
E.S.T were renowned for their vibrant style, often playing in rock venues to young crowds. They achieved great commercial success and critical acclaim throughout Europe. Their 1999 release From Gagarin's Point of View started their international breakthrough, being the first E.S.T. album to be released outside of Scandinavia through the German label ACT.
This is a live performance recorded in 2003 during the presententation which took place in Ljubljana, Eslovenia.

Them Crooked Vultures is the upcoming debut studio album by American hard rock supergroup Them Crooked Vultures, due to be released on November 17, 2009. The album is self-produced by the band, comprising vocalist and guitarist Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss), bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) and drummer Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana). It was recorded between January–August 2009 in Pink Duck Studios Los Angeles, California. The first single from the album, "New Fang", was released on October 26, 2009. On November 3, 2009 they released their second single, via free download on iTunes, entitled "Mind Eraser, No Chaser". As of November 9, 2009, the entire album can be viewed on the band's YouTube channel.

Live at Reading is a live CD/DVD released by the American grunge band Nirvana on November 2, 2009, chronicling its 1992 performance at the Reading Festival. Bootlegged for years following the performance, the new issues present the performance for the first time mastered and color corrected.
The performance of the bands 1992 hit single "Lithium" was previously released on the home video Live! Tonight! Sold Out!! in 1994. The performance of "tourette's" was previously released on the live compilation From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah in 1996.
Live at Reading marks the first time on a Nirvana release Chet Powers receives songwriting credit for the use of his lyrics from the song "Get Together" (a 1960's peace and love anthem) as the intro for "Territorial Pissings".

"Wheels" is the first single taken from the album, which premiered on radio on September 23, 2009. The single was officially released on September 29, 2009. "Wheels" and "Word Forward" were recorded specifically for the compilation with producer Butch Vig.
A deluxe edition of the compilation will include a book and a DVD featuring some of the band's music videos and live performances. It will also include a video for "Wheels" directed by Sam Brown, who also worked on "The Pretender".

Degradation Trip Volumes 1 & 2 is a double album by Jerry Cantrell, released on 26 November, 2002 on Roadrunner Records. It is an expanded limited edition of Cantrell's Degradation Trip album, which was released approximately five months earlier. All the songs were written long prior to the first release of Degradation Trip; Roadrunner Records, uneasy toward the idea of a double album release, made Cantrell condense it but promised to eventually release of all his material. The track order of the expanded version, which differs from the first, is also presented in Cantrell's originally planned order. Faith No More drummer Mike Bordin and then-Ozzy Osbourne/Black Label Society bassist Robert Trujillo (formerly of Suicidal Tendencies and later of Metallica) contributed to Degradation Trip and would tour with Cantrell in support of it.
