you may use Daemon Tools to emulate the bin image its free!!

These are files to create a disk image for QuickTime player. Get them, unzip, and then use CD-burning soft like Nero
to create a CD from lgvtc002.cue disk image. On Nero it is Burn Image to Disk option.
You should also have QuickTime player on your machine.
