Born in Russia, Siberia. Received Master Degree in Education. Studied art at Art School of Old Masters, continued education in Palm Desert CA.
Tamara has a passion for realism in traditional and modern portraiture.
She teaches fine art privately and at the Communities, as well as a number of prestigious locations in Las Vegas Nevada.
