Carelessness!
Not such a *great* post after all because the book and solution manual are mismatched.
The book is not the claimed 4th edition - it appears to be the 3rd edition. It's a scanned photocopy without the front-matter so it is hard to tell which earlier edition it is. The solutions manual appears to be the 4th edition, but it is incomplete also (no front matter). They definitely don't match up. For instance, Chapter 6 in the book has 16 problems, but their are 19 solutions in the solution book: with some effort, though, you can match at least some of them up.
