Thank you for the upload. Please beware though that you need the newest version of Acrobat Reader to decode the attachments. My regular reader (Foxit) did not recognize the attachements.

I use Acrobad Reader and Foxit version 2.2 and it work good.

I'll put the CD into a folder for the next ones.

in the "TOOLS" menu, you click on "ADVANCED EDITING TOOLS", then "ATTACH A FILE", and the audio files are here.
