OK, here is the DJVu version I promised above. It is only
8.5 Mb in size, but as good or better quality than the original post.
It is single pages (DJVu above is double pages).

I used that DJVu file to generate a PDF version with same quality,
but with a larger size of 34.1 Mb. Both PDF and DJVu are in a
zipped file at:
