Anyhow I checked the file and everything seems just dandy. Yeah these files have to balance the size/resolution fight but since the orginal format is A5 I don't understand why they have to have the ability to scale em up to A3 ;-).
You're gonna have the best reading experience at a 50% resolution since this is about the original format and I hope you know how to increase/decrease the resolution in your reader (e.g. adobe, foxit....)

so if you read that stuff at 100 % it is blurish, and as I mentioned above, you can trash it, as if you read the whole thing, you get a headache,
because of blurishness! So keep that stuff, if you copied it from somebody, as it is not really readable, and therefore I mentioned it should be at least suitable at 150 %, i.e. for example the same with good pictures if they are ok you can boost them by about 200 %, but that you can't do with your scans, copies or whatsoever, therefore I meant 150 %, have a nice evening, and all the other folks read carefully, before you download things like that.
