As for the structure, Lonely Planet sells the books by the chapter. Many times, most of the people are interested in only one specific topic - so they only acquire one/two chapters.
These are 'pick 'n mix', meaning that they were acquired in a chapter form.
It's not that much of a hassle, for one to follow it correctly :)
