Very nice book but horribly structured: Each chapter is an individual PDF file, some of which are password protected so you can not combine them. There appear to be several pages missing. What is the password? and why post such a great book in such a weird way?

@Shany - There should not be any passwords. I checked the files and there is none. Could you please pinpoint me the exact files that are displaying like that with you?
As for the structure, Lonely Planet sells the books by the chapter. Many times, most of the people are interested in only one specific topic - so they only acquire one/two chapters.
These are 'pick 'n mix', meaning that they were acquired in a chapter form.
It's not that much of a hassle, for one to follow it correctly :)

@Samir - well, it's their business :) So they better be making money, or else we wouldn't have them here :D
