fatso laugh as much you want.
32/64 bit will fool me too to think is this for windows. But pcsx2.net says Note: LINUX ONLY - 32bit.
(And there you'll get it without RS)
You will need that BIOS to every machine, I'll guess. Similar are Amiga emulators, free, orginal Kickstart ROM is hard to find.
