Who produced this program?

I get a language screen when I click on Setup (see screenshot) http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d152/ISO1/setup1.jpg

I click on 'English' and get this message (see screenshot)

When I click on 'OK' nothing happens. Does it not work on Win 98SE?

should be more brief

I just figured out what the problem is. In the "symbols 2000" folder just change the folder "D" to "E". then try setup.exe again
