John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers - Crusade
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/192kHz (presented in 24/96 & 16/44.1) | FLAC | m3u, cue & Tech Log
Artwork | DR Analysis | 550 / 200 mb incl. recovery | FSonic; FF & WU | Blues | 1967
Mastered from the original analog master tapes by Bob Irwin
Sundazed 180g Mono LP / Cat.#: Sundazed LP 5373

The final album of an (unintentional) trilogy, Crusade is most notable for the appearance of a very young, pre-Rolling Stones Mick Taylor on lead guitar. Taylor's performance is indeed the highlight, just as Eric Clapton and Peter Green's playing was on the previous album.
- Matthew Greenwald/AMG (4.5/5 Stars)

when it comes to British blues, Mayall is obligatory..
along with 'Scratching the Surface' of Groundhogs - available also by favour of the great aksman.

small print notes: the cherry on top could* be the first two Chicken Shack albums and 'Sweet Pain /Englands Heavy Blues Super Session'

*knowing that he does not get requests

Many thanks, aksman, for this wonderful rip of this great blues album. A special thanks for the mono version. I've never heard it before, my vinyl is the stereo version.
