PC Advisor Archive of 38 Issues [UK]. ISO Image. PDF Format.


Every Magazine Issued from 2002, 2003 and 2004.
This runs from the CD as PDF and all files are automatically linked together so that you can select any issue ro article and navigate between them with ease.






This is invaluable as a PC help resource!

There are great articles on upgrades, building your first PC and networking to name just a tio of the iceberg of the content!
I ripped this direct from the CD into ISO format.
Just burn with nero or some other program and put the CD in the tray to auto launch the Index.
As far as I know you could use thi swith a MAc too as it is PDF. However why would a MAC user want a magazine called PC Advisor?
Not sure if the autorun and navigation would work on a Mac as I know nothing of Macs.

I get so tired of reading complaints about the -great- rapidshare site so I tried another host and it messed up too often.
These are big files and my up-speed is slow & limited so I went to rapidshare in the end! If you cannot access it then please do not complain. Just ask POLITELY(!) for someone here to re upload for you elsewhere. I cannot do it as my up-speed is not fast and it took a long time to upload it one time..
Too many people are insulting others because they have chosen rapidhare or megaupload but If you browse through some other posts, you will notice that when people request a mirror politely then people usually respond and give them a mirror.
Just my observation.

I just enrolled and started using rapidshare...man it rocks. Free service may be a problem but once when you pay up......there is just no looking back.....

For those complaining about rapidshare, get yourself a program called Universal Share Downloader. Makes my download a lot easier. IE. I copied all of the above links and let USD do the work for me. Speed of Rapidshare has always been very good 35 - 50 Kb/s.

regarding RS: there's even more, if you decide to pay.
ie: you check "RapidShare-Downloads start immediately" from your premium zone, you select the 11 links above and past them on flashget and you're done.

I'm totally with Cool Dev: "...there is just no looking back....."

Guyz, bandwidth costs, reliable and fast servers costs even more. don't wonder too much: none (me neither) would give you all this for free..

Great to read positive rapidshare comments for once!
also...bully67: It does feel good to contribute and so I decided, when I got the Cd with a magazine subscription, that the folks here would appreciate these magazines!
And to the person above re: Rapidshare speed...I always get a full maxxed line speed with RS. And I always use USdownloader which I think I discovered on this site too (I dont pay the premium..I can wait. Life has plenty of time for me yet!). I can set it up to get the next file 61minutes after the last one so it always gets my RS files while I bother with other things! Also It's great that it grabs links from the clipboard and works with loads of other freehosters too like the dreaded megaupload!

Lots of people don't know where to get it, it seems...

and BTW Rapidshare Rocks, if ya pay for the Premium service I guess, which I have. But I suppose those that can't or won't pay up will always ask for a share served elsewhere. To think that their first download could pay for it many times over, Go Figure! Maybe those that download could think of re-upping it elsewhere as the original poster has done his bit. Invaluable share, Fa. And very nice observations about rapidshare and other servers. I'm one of those RS-haters because I hate waiting for one hour for the next download and I think I should not be paying for information you shared, when there are other servers who would want to host it for free as well, without the long wait. Although I admit that Megaupload should be called Megaslowupload. I tried uploading a magazine I wanted to share in that server and after getting several errors I gave up too and went over to rapidshare. Still, I hate RS. With these great information you guys are sharing, I won't have enough time to read all of them and still have a life off my PC screen. I'll download the Universal Share Downloader and see if it helps. Thanks again, Fa, and all the people of this community.

One question: how to use Universal Share Downloader? In this case, should I put complete link including .html at the end oof the link or just the file name? For example, to download Part 1, should I type

Fa, definitly you rocks, some people complaint about the post, about rapidshare but youre get the point ITS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PUBLISHER OR THE SHARING GUY, but people keeps with anoyiing please upload to some else, of course options is more insteresting.

Your contribution are great your explanations good and a greats post.

also for "ikezor".. rapidshare supports the .rar and .html, so USDOWNLOADER doesnt matter that. But i suggest you to use the HTML
(sometimes the .html is missin in the link and i forgot to correct this but always works )
