To mr_navsari:

Had the same problem. It turned out the downloaded files had a string [1] in their names like chest_shouls[1].avi.004. Rename them deleting [1]. Also, for some reason chest_shouls[1].avi.001.avi file had an extension .avi as shown. Rename it back to chest_shouls[1].avi.001 . Then it went through without a hitch. Hope it will work for you, too!

But I got to ask someone to re-post the 6th part- Rapidshare deleted it and other 6 parts are probably to be deleted soon after.

Thanks for Abs workout, and reposting at depositfiles, but their service is awful for big files. I downloaded everything from rapidshare except for chest & shoulders 6th part.
I'll try my luck with the torrents for that one.
