Solaris author Stanislaw Lem (September 12, 1921 – March 27, 2006) was a Polish science fiction, philosophical, and satirical writer. His books have been translated into 41 languages and sold over 27 million copies. At one point he was the most widely read non-English language science fiction author in the world. A lot of these movie downloads end up, on a Mac, as three documents for three different programs - the Quicktime basic movie plays, but the subtitles are identified as working for a different program, and don't play anyway. And I don't speak Polish...

Any ideas anybody? Do these work as one document on a PC?

you have more options in windows. I don't know anything about mac: first, use bsplayer, it knows how to work with the subtitles. Or install k-lite codecs. the component vobsub will work with almost any avi player.

THank you again FNB47 for a worthy share. If my memory serves me right I saw this interview with Lem a long time ago and it was much longer than just 5 minutes. If I am right I wonder if it is available anywhere?
