What about downloaders? It takes two to clap.
What can uploaders gain if download volume is low due to filehosts various means of obstacles in place... all for the purpose of promoting their paid download service.
Not to mention that their subscription price is stiff too for a new filehost which has yet to build up its database that is anywhere close to those of Rapidshare and Megaupload. Yet, they trying to charge the same level as these more established ones.
Yes, as uploaders, we can support them all we want...but we must not forget our own supporters who are the downloaders. Without the download volume, we don't gain anything but wasted our effort and time to upload to a filehost that is not downloader friendly.
Nothing against them except that they love to take the free downloaders for a spin to nowhere each time trying to download a file. For example, I have tried more than a dozen times to download a file and failed because they track by IPs and unfortunately, it's the common gateway IPs they are tracking and not the ISP's IP address.
Above feedback based on my own experience with them todate.
Thanks for your comments but at least visit the sites before you comment. The sites are over are more better for free downloaders. You don't need to buy the premium account to use their wounderful features. I have placed this post for those who really want to share something and not do business by alluring people to rapidshare for increasing their account durations.
The problem you mentioned about these sites tracking your IP is very easy to handel. Just use "Hide IP". Except for Rapidshare, Hide IP works for every site even if you are behind a router like me.
