I have tried several other mindfulness CDs, but Chakra's Dream - Essential Meditation is by far my favorite! Practicing the included exercises on a regular basis has been a LIFE CHANGING experience! The CD is structured in a way that makes mindfulness more accessible to the average individual. I started out with practicing the body scan exercise serveral times, which really helped me to connect with my body and recenter myself into the present moment. I also loved the Being with pain exercise. I found it extremely valuable in learning to bring a gentle mindful approach to handling physical and emotional pain. I have already started to recommend this mindfulness CD to all my friends and family!
