Edit:Flac files not working
Dr_G
....So I have to wait for another solution, this album means a lot to me.
Thanks anyway
try to resample 192kHz to 96 kHz
step 1) decode FLAC to WAV - flac.exe -d *.flac
step 2) resample WAV - sox.exe "01 - Staying Power.wav" -r 96000 "01 - Staying Power 96kHz.wav" (11x for each wav)
step 3) encode WAV to FLAC - flac.exe *96kHz.wav
step 4) rename and tag new FLAC files
download "flac.exe" from flac.sourceforge.net and "sox.exe" from sox.sourceforge.net
EDIT:please can you see whats wrong with part01 (says corrupt-download 3 times) and part09 (says wrong pass)
1. this is vinyl and 2. very little work was done to the end result.
The only spot where the smallest clicks take from the music is at the end of under pressure during the snapping of fingers.
All in all this is wonderful stuff.
Thanks for sharing!
