The Zombies: Early Days - Original Decca/London Pressing
Decca/London PS 557 (rare mint vinyl pressing, 1969)
Vinyl remaster in 24-bit/96kHz resampled and dithered to redbook | FLAC | Hires LP Scans | 191MB

This is a great collection of the group's early singles (A's and B's) including the obvious hits "She's Not There" and "Tell Her No". Every song here eventually turns up on countless compilations that well outnumber the standard releases. In any case this was the first and it initially represented a good companion to Odessey and Oracle.

Side A:
01. Whenever You're Ready
02. Don't Go Away
03. She's Not There
04. I Love You
05. Leave Me Be
06. Indication

Side B:
07. She Does Everything For Me
08. You Make Me Feel Good
09. Tell Her No
10. I Want You Back Again
11. Kinda Girl
12. I Must Move

Principal Equipment used:
Clearaudio Champion 2 turntable & Unify tonearm
Benz Micro L2 cartridge
Extremephono Tonearm cable
USB-2 D/A MKII DAC
(light manual declicking)

NOTE: Burn gapless (no track gaps) to match original track layout

Listening to those great 60's classics in such amazing "modern" hi-fi quality is somewhat freaky(in a very good way) experience :)))
Its like having Arctic Monkeys recording a 2009 retro album in some hi-tech studio , totally mental :))
Many thanks !

Excellent, superb rip and choice of music. Many thanks!

@xlebywek - Your comment really hit home:) I'm used to listening to Zombies'
cuts in "60s sound" and it's an amazing experience to hear them so clearly now,
probably for the first time in my case.

This is a such a fine and innovative choice, my eternal gratitude. As much as I respect the other great needledroppers' postings, how many times can I listen to yet another Beatles or Zep rip? Nothing against that, but I love the fresh albums you bring to the table. Wonderful work, sincere thanks...looking forward to more!
