So what is behind the Calendar flap today? Ah ha (!) John Fahey - 'Christmas Guitar (Varrick)'

If you are not too familiar with John Fahey, he is a guitar instrumentalist. However that is an inadequate description as his work covers a wide range of musical genres. He also uses many unique tunings for his guitar.

Whatever.

This guy's a good friend of Leo Kotke. While their styles are widely divergent and Fahey is a bit avant garde for some, he's widely admired by his fellow guitarists. Very unusual ... but tasty.
