I'm listening to the MP3 version files that were compressed and uploaded and so far I have not detected anything wrong in them, there's a good chance that either in the compression, upload or download process something went wrong but I will re-do the MP3's from my files and will post new links down here, in the meantime maybe I can get some feedback from someone that has downloaded the APE format.
@ hlloyge: I'm just a devoted music fan that uses EAC to extract sound from CDs, Lame razor ("factory" pre-set comes with a 3% loss) which I changed to 0% (Extreme or Maniac) in order to preserve the original CD quality, personally I have no problem with it, but for those that demand the best I included the APE format also.
And yes now I can hear those not so funny noises, please accept my apologies you all and I promise that as soon as I get my hands on the CD (packaged & stored at the present time due to a re-location situation) I will do it all over again and will post the new links in "Bachbusters" post, the first recording from Don Dorsey.
A happy, full of health and prosperous 2007 to everyone!

Thanks for posting! The APE files are also defective (two tracks so far).

I'm confused with the order and number of tracks you've included in your post, as they don't all correspond to Beethoven's opus but also to J.S. Bach - the Two and Three-Part Inventions and the Toccatas & Fugues, to name a few - indicating that they must belong to any other CD but Beethoven or Bust.

Track list for this CD:

1- Bagatelle for piano in A flat major, Op. 33/7
2- Piano Sonata No. 14 in C sharp minor ("Moonlight"), Op. 27/2
3-Rondo a Capriccio for piano in G major ("Rage Over a Lost Penny"), Op. 129

If you eventually end up by reuploading new and error free files can you, please, include a cue file?

Anyway, thanks for sharing! Happy New Year ;)

append: I wrote my previous post without seeing the covers. Disregard the cue file request, as one can rebuild the track order by them.

Attention All!!!
I will re-rip and post new clean data in a few weeks since I'm going thru special circumstances at this very moments of my life. I apologize that in the hurry to share it I didn't check it properly but in the mean time I'm delighted to see that none of my previous posts had had as many comments (I don't care about the complaints)as this one.
( * _ ~ )
BIG thanks to everybody and my best wishes for good things to happen to everyone of you...
