I was going to post up Jim Hall stuff and then Avax had all its problems. Sorry you got all that hassle guys but rest assured all your effort is appreciated.
I couldn't get into or evn see the site but I could see some of the stuff I had posted in its previous incarnation was being uploaded so I knew it was still on-line.
Now though I return with the Jim Hall album 'Circles' which is cut at 192 kps:

PS 'Older' jazz does not seem quite as popular on Avax as it once was - is that a misperception on my part?
PS2 I notice that oxyshare links appear in my posts quite often - presumably someone from the Avax team does this. Well I have NO problem with that particularly if it makes it easier for some, to download stuff I post.
:)

It's not that the "older" jazz doesn't seem as popular. Instead I think it is that Avax has grown and now has more of a lot of other types of music.
Speaking for myself, this "older" style jazz is why I come to Avax. I don't have very much of it in my CD/LP collection -- I've been too ignorant of it to know what to buy, and much of this older stuff isn't even available anymore. So please, keep it coming so I can educate myself!!
Thank you!!!
I got a lot of Barney kessel, Herb Ellis Wes Montgomery, Johnny Smith Early George Benson, Joe Pass, Kenny Burrell, Martin Taylor,
So i just need some timer and nowhow
Thanks for the Jim Hall
@chet,
All of them (Barney, Herb, Wes, Joe, Kenny, Martin......) are welcome
Great players, great music. If possible, please, post some stuff.
