Andras Schiff: Lectures On The 32 Sonatas Of Beethoven
RS + MU | MP3 320 kbps | 980 MB

With a phenomenal blend of knowledge, passion, humour, and memory, the great Hungarian pianist analyzes for his audiience in Wigmore Hall, London, all of Beethoven's piano sonatas. These lectures are fascinating and indispensable for those who seek a better understanding of these works. But be warned: after you hear his lecture on Op.27, nº2 ("Moonlight") the music will never be the same again

I have uploaded these lectures in the MP3 format, which to me is ideal, given their length. The small file size makes it possible to burn the complete lectures onto two CDs or to place all of them on an iPod, which is what I have done (and had never before learned nearly as much on long walks with the dog).

What kind of snake are you, JSBach3? You steal my original posting, complete with Schiff's photo and my text, word for word, but instead of my MediaFire links you offer your own on RS and MU. Or, maybe you are just oblivious to internet etiquette, completely inexperienced, or lazy.

@ J.S.Bach3
Thank you! One correction: the bitrate is not the mentioned 320 kbps, but 128 (and in three tracks even 64) kbps.

@ Billinrio
Take it easy Bill! I searched for your 'original' posting and couldn't find it, so what are you complaining about? Thanks to J.S.Bach3 (and RS) we can enjoy these wonderfull lessons now. And don't be so pricky about etiquette or 'stealing' postings: it was you who stole the original recordings in the first place!

Well, but guess what! They are free anyway.
Just Google "andras schiff lecture" and you will see
lots of sources.
The original release (unless you were there) was by The Guardian newspaper
in London:

You can also find some introduction notes from The Guardian's Music Blog
