«Amadeus» was a Spanish monthly magazine of classical music of the 90's, which came with a CD. The CD was sometimes a custom one, made for pedagogical purposes.
In this case, it was a compilation of 2 different recordings:
- The ADD 1967 Áshkenazi's recording (not the posterior DDD of 1982) of the Mussorgsky's original piano version, and
- The DDD 1980 Solti's recording (with the Chicago S. O.) of the version orchestrated by Ravel.
