Complete Beethoven Edition [Box set]
87 CDs | MP3 VBR V0 | 9.77 GB | Covers & booklets | Classical | no password

"Some people consider Beethoven to have been the greatest composer ever. I prefer Mozart, but Beethoven gave him a run for his money. At his best, Beethoven is unbeatable; at his worst he's an acquired taste. This, being the complete set of his works, contains all of his best, worst, and everything in between.

Everyone is familiar with Beethoven's symphonies, a few of his sonatas, and maybe an overture or two, but who has heard his versions of British folk songs? Would you be surprised to be thumbing through a catalogue of Beethoven music and be presented with "Norah of Balamagairy", "The Lovely Lass of Inverness", and "Paddy O'Rafferty"?

If you like Beethoven then this is a must-buy. If your only experience is what you've heard on the radio then you may be better off with smaller collections because Beethoven drew on a wide spread of musical styles. Some of it is difficult to listen to until you've acclimatised to it, but after that you'll probably grow to like it. "

Thank you for work,
But, you see, in AvaxHome, 98% of classical music records are ripped in losless format. If you are a classical music fan, you would never want to hear such precious records in MP3 or any other lossy format.

Lastly, this would be a true Christmas gift for us if you have these records in losless format and post it here :D.

Regards,

Dear Miksfix,

Greetings from a Christian in South Asia who eats, lives, and loves, Classical Music specially "THE MASTERWORKS OF BEETHOVEN". I am also a Fan of the Awesome Masterworks of Mozart, Schubert, Chopin, and Liszt to mention a few.

I am a fan of anything in MP3 and i am quite depressed when anything classical is posted in lossless format as i am constantly facing hacking attacks ---- i find it very difficult to convert from Flac or APE to MP3 so thanks for uploading this Fine Collection of Beethoven's Masterworks.

I have to echo the comments of moritz who says he will start tomorrow first thing.

Thanks for sharing this awesome collection.

An Early Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you.

suggestion for people who need lossless--- you can use this post as refference and do Google search for lossless, with a little effort you will find all this. Start with Karajan Symphonies.

Thank you for the music and for having it in MP3. As the above post stated there is about 90+% posted as lossless and it's a shame that all that music can not be had for all the hassles of bin, cues and all the other fussy stuff.
I'm interested in listening to the music and not if it's lossless. If I wanted lossless I would go to a concert.

Once again, Thank You Sir.

Thank you soooooo much! :)
I have already much of Beethoven's work on CD, but to have it all! It's simply amazing.
I find the mp3 format great because: it fits, everything can play it, and it's transportable, so good choice!
(flac, cue and other lossless don't do it for me, too much hassle... and for CD quality, really people, get the CD!! fGs!)
What I'm trying to say here is: I thank you miksfix for your generosity, and the time you invested just to share this with all of us! God bless you :)
