thank you for keep posting good recordings. As I comment in your Kogan-Vol.2: This kogan set is of course the most important release for this underated giant violinist. Arlecchino had totally released 35CDs in 34 Volumes for Kogan, included one double CD set for Bach Violin Sonatas etc.(VOL.XXX) and others are sigle CD.
The year for this one is incorrect. DENON released this recording (from Ariola-Eurodisc) and gave it's date on 13-15, 11, 1974, Leonid Kogan's Discography (1997 by Kenzo Amoh) confirm this information.

You mean the recording date, 1969? Yes, it's entirely possible. Arlecchino made more mistakes in the Kogan Legacy. Misprints of the catalog numbers, for instance.
That's what you get when a label carries the logo of The Fool, I guess (smile). Well, for me it adds a little bit of spice to these otherwise very beautiful recordings
