A fascinating composition for two pianos, six percussionists and electronics here, devoted to Luis Bunuel’s movie “l’Age d’Or”. A fast moving piece, densely packed with notes, tense and very complicated; this due to a vast array of percussive instruments used. And if the title hadn’t already warned you about it: an atmosphere of mystery and suspense permeates the piece throughout.
