Honeyroot - Sound Echo Location (2003)

I bought this album as part of a package deal with John Hopkins private universe ( which has some of the most emotionally charged, beautiful, non-speech music I have ever heard) with the intent of getting some soul-calming, introspective sounds. I wasnt sure if I would like it, BUT I DID. In particular, tracks 1,2,3, and 9 get to me and transform my mood and state of mind, especially track 9 which I find beautifully euphoric. I would highly recommend this album to anyone who loves music made from the fusing of modern electronica with melody, in other words, electronically influnced music that enhances your state of mind and mood in the most positive, joyous way. Really, I cant say enough positive things about this album.
