Dumaz - Dumaz (2006)

Dumaz was Andzejus Berklovas (aka Skelo) and founder member Ricardas Strikulis (aka DigThatBeat aka Empty Pockets).
The project was first thought of in about springtime 2001, when the first three tracks and couple of demo CDs was sent to friends and other people. Those tracks ("Pasaka", "Waterside", "Viskas Kas Gerai Kada Nors Baigiasi") got good feedbacks and made inspiration to make an album. In 2003 the almost finished album was presented live in festival "Menuo Juodaragis", there public met this album very warmly. 2003-2004 none of Lithuanian record labels wanted to release this album, because they thought this music is not popular enough, and being too slow and too instrumental...
In 2004 the album was fully finished and has been stored on the shelf for better times. In 2004 autumn Dumaz founder Ricardas Strikulis moved to UK. At this time just a couple of Dumaz side tracks and remixes was created.
At last in August 2006 the Dumaz album was released in the newly created label Bomba Lounge. A couple of tracks after that appeared in some compilation CDs.
In 2007 member Andzejus Berklovas has left project. At the moment, Ricardas Strikulis now already working on the new Dumaz album.
