It's a simple protection of the main link!
It's easiest for me to reupload txt file (0.0 MB)
than the main rar file (96.61 MB in this case).

No matter I do not think that such "link protections" help against complaints and deleted files, I respect the uploaders wish.

And as we now can see, even 5 weeks after the link was pisted in public here the download is still ok :-)
