Reviewer: Thomas John Needs I have never heard a violin played as well as the way Helen O'Hara plays it here. Her style brings out all the simple sweet beauty of Irish music. She makes her violin sing, and cry, and dance, bringing sheer pleasure to her listeners. I can't help believing that her violin is in itself a World Class instrument. Coupled with her ability to seize a musical note by the core, and with her ability to be "one with" such delicate and time honored rhythm, I have never heard anything of the likes of Helen O'Hara. Her music is pure and simple, and non compromising in every way.
