Made his debut in music on the clarinet at the age of 7 years. It then successively guitar, electric bass, bass, trombone and flute. Founded his first group of rock and roll at the age of 14 years, and then moves to jazz at 18, when he became a professional musician in 1966. At this time, alongside a career as a musician of variety, he developed his skills in jazz, and worked especially with the bass Yves Torchinsky, Vidal and Yves Jacques Rousseau at the CNR of Metz, where he won successive gold medal, the Price Development, and Diploma in concert. Will evolve in many formations Lorraine, and alongside renowned international soloists as Jeff Gilson, Harold "Cornbread" Singer, and many other musicians. More than four decades of a career in jazz music and did occur on many national and international scenes, and participate in radio and television in France and Germany, and many records studio (including Charlélie Couture in 1979) and made it a sideman acknowledged and appreciated. Is also professor of double bass and electric bass at the Institute of Low Darizcuren Francis de Metz, the school of music-licensed Metz Montigny-Sablon, and the jazz department of the Conservatory of Thionville. After a long career as a sideman, has finally decided to record his first solo album under his name. The concept of the album Lucky Strings recorded in April 2007, is an acoustic jazz-based duos and trios around the bass, accompanied by a classical string quartet.
