Thank-you very much. I'm going to have to have to buy another giant hard drive and a subscription to Rapidshare, then spend days and nights here and demonoid. I plan to listen to my collection after the collapse of civilization.

@solar_satellite: Good news for you - after the fall of the Greek and Roman Empire things haven't drastically improved civilizationwise one would think. So why not use that as the starting point. Happy listening!

Forgive my facetiousness. After taking heat over the years for the "narrowness" of my musical tastes -- mainly for Western music from Mozart on back -- I now find more than I can even deal with.

Thank-you for this wonderful upload.

@solar_satellite: Nothing wrong with sticking to Haydn, Mozart, Schubert. It's narrowness worth defending. I'm speaking as an admirer of these three.
Of course there are many other treasures out there but I admit, a visit to AvaxHome nowadays can be pretty daunting.

I found a few things about Matthew Locke and his work. He was perhaps the first English writer for the stage. Thanks very much!
PS. I knew much better the Renaissance and Baroque music from France and Italy. Thanks for the "English part" ! :)
