Live albums are often regarded as poor relations to the 'proper' studio output, often wrongly. Blazing Away is an example of one of the lost treasures which are so easily overlooked this by this attitude. It starts slowly, but gets into it's stride with Guilt, the venom starting to flow in preparation for the main course. Enter Working Class Hero, a track she has almost made her own, shame about the instrumental jazz ramblings in the middle but what do you expect from Greenwich Village session musicians (I havent Googled, I may be doing them a disservice)? Nonetheless she delivers it with true power and anger, spitting bile over the small audience. It was recorded in St. Annes Cathedral, Brooklyn, and the acoustic is utterly superb. Thanks for the lossless copy! You ought to make most people happy with your file hosts. Most have a RS account. MU is one of the best for free users. I used the FS links because I wanted you to make a penny. lol

I see. I have premium at RS for several years. I just bought premium for one month at FileServe to give it a try. So far, so good. It seems that FServe will be common around here so what the heck. No MU account. As much as you share, you probably would be able to get your money back on a fileserve account with your shares and may even come out ahead. Thanks again for this one. :)

@ firepower . . . it's a decent sentiment that you should want to make the uploader some money, but is making money what Avax is about? Quite a few had a go at me for criticising, in my words, this FS/FS 'blight', but I feel FS has simply encouraged uploading for profit's sake & not the desire to share good music - apart from the fact that FS/FS absolutely stinks as a host, having continual half-complete downloads & rubbish download speeds. But, hey, maybe I'm just idealistically naive . . .

@ everyone: This is a F@CKING good album - not a dud track in sight, with the absolute killer being 'Why'd Ya Do It?', a song Marianne was preordained to live & breathe.
