I think sowulo has done a good job so far (over a long time).
To make him feel responsible in any way for what has happened these days seems to be, in my mind, unfair.
Another part of the Avaxhome Rules that you mentioned says:

And offensive is, to me, not what you think you send, but what the other one thinks he receives.
All I have said is that no one can download all these files if you don't have a premium FILESERVE account because FILESONIC files are dead.

Tell me, who can download these files? Fileserve premium members? Only?

To be honest, I think that @Sowulo has interest that others have to download all these files on these servers.
Ask him.
Sowulo uploaded them when everything was easy in this world, but meanwhile things have changed.
Maybe you missed the news these days - try a simple web search like "Kim Dotcom" or similar, and you will find the reason why fileserve and filesonic have decided that it could be better for them to stop free downloading.
And I don't think that sowulo has interest that others "have to download" something, everybody may feel free to do so - or not.
Nevertheless - let's give it some hope all together that sowulo does not resign sharing good things with others and that he will find a new way to proceed!
The reasos is very simple: in ther past days Megaupload and Megavideo were closed for copyright infringment so, to avoid the same destinity, Filesonic and Fileserve decided to stop any download so that all was uploaded by users like Sowulo, can not be downloaded anymore.
Sowulo has nothing to do; quite the contrary: I would like to thank him/her a lot for all what was available until some days ago which is a real delight for the fans of opera and classical music.

This is such an important opera for the development of opera buffa, but unfortunately the links are all gone now.
Would you please please consider reupload this?
And it would also be marvelous if you could reupload many of the old uploads that are dead now, if ever possible.
