Is there any chance of getting you to package the CD/WAV separately from the rest of the DVD? It's an awful lot to download just to listen to the CDs! ;-)
I'm currently downloading the whole thing. Once done, I will upload the CDs for you both and for others that maybe interested, but you'll need to wait a couple of days (about wednesday).
