Before the Cheech and Chong movies there were the top selling Cheech and Chong comedy albums. Richard “Cheech” Marin and Tommy Chong were the masters of pot head humor in the 1970’s. The duo released nine albums between 1971 and 1985, and their first four are considered classics. Their fourth album, “Cheech and Chong’s Wedding Album” featured the hit single “Earache My Eye.” Released in 1974, it peaked at #5 on the Billboard Top Album charts and stayed in the Top 200 for 25 weeks.
Issued originally on Ode Records (catalog # 77025) in September 1974.
This is the 1991 Warner Bros. CD issue with complete booklet scans from my personal CD collection. It’s now out of print.
