Of the album's fourteen songs, eight were written by Lennon/McCartney, early evidence of what Rolling Stone later called "[their invention of] the self-contained rock band, writing their own hits and playing their own instruments."

Thank to rip vinyl in 24/96.
I think we need ask sponsoring to Tascam!!!
Thanks for the welcoming. Please let me know how it sounds. You and askman are the kings of vinyl rips. I'll never match your output. Alas I sold off 150+ MFSL and Japanese vinyls last summer. "I Should Have Known Better" but I only ripped but a dozen or two. I thought CD's and iTunes would be all I would ever need. Vinyl as 24/96 lossless sounds great in iTunes. But you guys are making me rebuild my vinyl collection.
Thanks in advance, as well, for committing to rip and share the rest of "The Collection" (except for the last 4, of course). Seriously, you rock. I am especially excited to finally hear the MFSL vinyl releases of Rubber Soul and Revolver (my favorite Beatles albums) in 24bit/96kHz lossless stereo. wOOt! ^_^
Thank you.
Please scan cd label.
@ lethat - Here is CD art from Dr Ebbett's http://rapidshare.com/files/261050867/PPM_CD_Artwork.rar
Perhaps my same new friend will photograph the actual LP labels and each LP's cover art from the booklet
Are there any chances to get some pictures of the label too?
After I am done with the Beatles I'll have perhaps another 20-30 audiophile LP's I plan to post. Stay tuned.
You must have mis-understood my post. I am NOT going to be buying back my vinyl collection just to upload again. I may buy Abbey Road if no one else fills in the gaps (I'll first have a listen to the new EMI CD's coming next month. I do have one offer from another reader to complete this Beatles Collection.
What I will offer to do, is to post what I do still have, which is about 20+ LP's still in my collection plus a few additional rips I made before selling the LP's. As to providing some Dr Ebbetts art, I just filling the requests of those other readers who demand any sort of art to use in making CD labels and covers. I hope that make sense, and I am sure Dr Ebbetts won't mind, or do you suppose he got EMI and MFSL permission to make his CD art.
I may have missed including Dr. E's version of the CD label in this first post is that what you were gettting at? It can put a link to that if needed.
That's wonderful news! I will indeed keep my fingers crossed. ;)
I thank the AvaxHome community for all the appreciation all have given me and my Beatles Collection. And a special thanks to those who have put up with my "glitches". I am proud to provide and share this excellent collection. I was heartbroken when I was forced to part with it. Hopefully that guy in Kansas City appreciates my Beatles Box.
Cheers to all !!
it's like hearing them for the first time.
In case of dead links please send Private Message to Dr. Robert for fastest response. Thank you.
Thanks
It's so deep, powerful, fresh and full of life! Just fantastic
I'm sure it could sound even better if you'll do it using your new equipment
BTW your Shure V15VxMR also beautifully tracks inner grooves - it's great
Thank you for your rips!
I have posted a very much "new and improved" Please Please Me vinyl rip.
