Jeane Manson was born in America, then following her show business father (writer) and mother (singer) to Mexico City, she grew up there for 12 years of her young life. Returning back to the US in her teens and early adult years, Jeane followed her passion for the arts, music, drama and dance. She studied music at the age of 8, piano and guitar are her instruments and at the young age of 13 went to drama school at MGM studios in California. She continued her music studies (voice and composition) in college and later became a student at the Lee Strasberg Actors Studio. Early on in Hollywood, she starred in the Young Nurses directed by Roger Corman, then Dirty O’Neill and Terror Circus, followed by Playboy Magazine August 1974 issue of “Playmate of the Month” in which she dared to pose !
