Jahdan Blakkamoore - Babylon Nightmare (2010)
Reggae | mp3 320 kbps | Playtime: 69 min | Size: 161 mb
Label: Lustre Kings Jamaica | Tracks: 17 | Rel.Data: 2010-12-21

For dubstep fans, the 2009 album Buzzrock Warrior was singer/rapper Jahdan Blakkamoore's breakthrough effort, but his career goes all the way back to the late '90s when he was just Jahdan, a revolutionary soldier enrolled in the Boot Camp Clik. Born in Guyana but raised in Brooklyn, Jahdan met hip-hop's revered Smif-N-Wessun through the Boot Camp, and with his reggae-influenced vocals, he became the keystone of the duo's single "Sound Bwoy Bureill." Further guest shots with DJ Premiere, Dead Prez, and even Branford Marsalis followed, all while Jahdan was working with his own band, the futuristic reggae crew Noble Society. In 2009 he found a whole new audience when he contributed to Guns Don't Kill People... Lazers Do, the debut album from Diplo and Switch's dancehall project Major Lazer. That same year Jahdan released Buzzrock Warrior, with production from DJ Rupture and the dubstep crew Dutty Artz.

Asian Dub Foundation - A History Of Now (2011)
Mp3 | CBR 320 kbps | 125 Mb
Label: Beat Records | Catalog#: BRC-280LTD
Dubstep | Drum'n'bass | Electronic | Reggae | Rock

Asian Dub Foundation are a British electronica band, that plays a mix of rapcore, dub, dancehall and ragga, also using rock instruments, acknowledging a punk influence. Their distinctive sound also combines indo-dub basslines, searing sitar-inspired guitars and ‘traditional’ sounds, shot through with fast-chat conscious lyrics.
The band formed in 1993 as an outgrowth of the documentary Identical Beat, a film shot at London's Farringdon Community Music House, the site of a series of summer workshops designed to teach South Asian children the essentials of music technology. In charge of the workshops were tutor Aniruddha Das and youth worker John Pandit, also a noted DJ; with one of their students, a 14-year-old Bengali rapper named Deeder Zaman, they soon formed a sound system which they called the Asian Dub Foundation.

The Police - Live in Boston 1979
EAC-APE | 348mb | LOG&CUE&COVERS included | MP3(245) | 119mb
1979 | bootleg | Rock,New Wave,Post-Punk,Reggae | International Pop / INP 013

Nominally, the Police were punk rock, but that's only in the loosest sense of the term. The trio's nervous, reggae-injected pop/rock was punky, but it wasn't necessarily punk. All three members were considerably more technically proficient than the average punk or new wave band

Belle Stars - 80's Romance (Deluxe Edition) (2010)
MP3 AVG 207 kbps | 38 Tracks | 219 Mb | 2010-11-04 | No Scans
Genre : Pop, Reggae, Ska | Label: Salvo | Total Time: 141:14 Min

With the current surge in eighties influences across music and fashion, it's hardly a surprise that so many acts of the decade are trying to use this to their advantage. The Belle Stars are no exception to this.
When you think girl bands you automatically jump to Girls Aloud, The Saturdays, or heaven forbid Spice Girls, but in reality girl bands weren't always about manufactured tackiness. The Belle Stars were part of the original post punk, strong woman movement.

Pablo Moses - Revolutionary Dream (1975)
EAC rip | Flac (tracks+log+cue) | Complete artwork | 415.27MB
Genre: Reggae | Label: Sony Records

Under the guidance of producer Geoffrey Chung, Pablo Moses made his recorded debut in 1975 with "I Man a Grasshopper": an autobiographical herb tale cut at Lee "Scratch" Perry's Black Ark studio. Featuring Chung himself on clavinet, his brother Mikey and the In Crowd's Michael Murray on rhythm and lead guitar, Clive Hunt on bass, and Robby Lyn on piano, the song provided Hunt's Sound Track label with a hit single. Moses followed up with a small batch of reality gems like "Blood Money," "We Should Be in Angola," and "One People," further boosting the singer's profile, both in Jamaica and the U.K. Revolutionary Dream, Moses' debut full-length released in 1976, brought most of those early singles together with eight additional mid-'70s productions. Throughout, the singer maintains a peaceful disposition, expounding thoughtfully upon cultural and reality subjects over the slow tempos established by drummer Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace. The music is characterized by a refined cool, and Geoffrey Chung isn't afraid to tilt the sound toward a rock influence with a guitar solo or two (note Murray's leads on "I Man a Grasshopper"). Underneath the polished productions.

Mighty Mystic - Wake Up The World
Reggae | mp3 320kbps | Time: 66 min | Size: 152 mb
Label: Mighty Mystic | Tracks: 17 | Rel.Data: 23 November 2010

Mighty Mystic was born Kevin Mark Holness in 1980, to Morris and Sonia Holness in the Country side of St Elizabeth, Jamaica. As a boy Mystic showed great interest in his island's music. You could often hear him singing the popular tunes of those days while working on his father's farm, says a family member. It wasn't until the separation of his parents, and a far move to the states (Boston Ma) that fueled the musical passion in young Mystic. In the late 80s early 90s, break dancing and a still young hip hop was the trendiest thing on the streets of Mass, and Mystic along with his older brother (Stephen) was swept up in to its raging storm. Not soon after did the word spread on Mystic and by the mid 90s Mighty Mystic was already a local star.
